May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. I myself am convinced, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, complete in knowledge and competent to instruct one another. 

When I think of your rules of old, I take comfort, O LORD.

The insolent utterly deride me, but I do not turn away from your law.

This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.

Remember your word to your servant, in which you have made me hope.

I will lift up my hands towards your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes.

for I find my delight in your commandments which I love.

I will also speak of your testimonies before kings and shall not be put to shame.
